Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items on sale or marked as final sale

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
